Returns & Exchanges

All products in the Team Hardy Shop are made to order. Because each item is custom‑printed when you purchase it, we do not accept returns or exchanges for issues related to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will replace it at no cost. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll take care of the rest.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders begin production shortly after they are placed. If you need to update or cancel an order, reach out within 12 hours and we will do our best to help. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost in transit, we will work with our print partner to investigate and replace the order when appropriate.
